Indoors, missed NCAA provisional mark by only 1 3/4 inches with his season best from the Mountain Pacific Championships (third, 17-1). Equaled or bettered previous prep best of 16-8 3/4 in NCAA Qualifier (fourth, 17-0), WolfPack Invite (second, 16-10 3/4) and Northern Invitational (second, 16-8 3/4).
