2003 Outlook — Will be Oregon’s starting left fielder to begin the season and has the potential to have a breakout year in her final season. A player with great desire and Oregon’s top base-runner, she will be looked upon to provide an offensive spark and score runs. 2002 — Saw increased playing time during her junior season, starting 41 games, including 18 Pac-10 contests...Hit the second home run of her career in a 4-2 win over Portland State April 24...In that game, Hutchison was solid throughout, nearly hitting for the cycle and finishing the game with a single, a triple and a home run...Scored one run and had three RBI against the Vikings...Against then-No. 6 California, Hutchison nearly rallied Oregon to victory, scoring one of two Oregon runs and finishing the game 1-for-2 in a 4-2 loss...Was 2-for-3 with a run scored in a 6-4 victory over UNLV March 8...Finished the year with season-highs in at-bats (105) and runs scored (18). 2001 — Was third on the team with a .311 batting average...played in 49 games, starting 35...Had her first career home run Feb. 25 vs. Texas A&M Corpus Christi and finished the game with a season-high three RBI...Had her strongest hitting at the end of the season, finishing 8-for-17, including a 3-for-3 performance versus Portland State May 9...Went 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and one RBI in Oregon’s 4-0 win against then-No. 9 Arizona State. 2000 - Started 36 games and appeared in 51 as a freshman...Split time between designated player and left field when Andrea Vidlund pitched...Had 22 hits, four doubles and 14 runs batted in...Entered starting lineup after Tia Dumas was lost for the season with a knee injury. Prep - A three-year letterwinner in softball, was one of her team's best players...Hit better than .400 in two seasons, and was a two-year team captain...Voted team MVP her senior season, also was selected first-team All-league on two occasions...Named honorable mention all-state in 1999...Also was a member of the Omega honors society for her academics.
