HOUSTON, Tex. - Texas San-Antonio scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to come from behind and upset No. 25 Oregon at the Houston Invitational in Houston, Tex., Sunday morning. With the loss, Oregon falls to 12-5 and the Roadrunners improve to 4-8. It was the Ducks' first loss of the tournament as Oregon was 3-0 heading into the final game versus Texas San-Antonio.

"I'm disappointed that we aren't going home undefeated," Oregon head coach Kathy Arendsen said. "I thought we did a nice job of coming from behind early and we had a lot of timely hitting in the game. UTSA just got hot at the right time."

Oregon had 12 hits in the game, including three by freshman Beth Boskovich, who finished the game 3-for-4 with two runs scored. Senior Andrea Vidlund was 2-for-4 with a run scored and tied a career-high with four RBI. Freshman Amy Harris (4-3), the Ducks' fourth pitcher of the game, picked up the loss for Oregon

The Roadrunners attacked early, taking a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning after Jessica Els hit a three-run home run just over the center field fence and scored five more runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to regain the lead and held on through the seventh inning for the win.

Oregon freshman Jackie Eliades drove in sophomore Erin Goodell with an RBI single up the middle in the top of the third inning to get the Ducks on the board. Boskovich followed with a double to right center field to advance Eliades to third and senior Lynsey Haij drove in both runners with a double to shallow left field, tying the game, 3-3, with just one out. Vidlund's home run gave the Ducks' the lead, 5-3. Oregon went on to take a 7-3 lead in the top of the fourth inning after Vidlund drove in Boskovich and Eliades with a single to left center.
